How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, usually much sooner. Enquiries about a specific property go straight to the listing consultant.
Can I arrange a viewing at the weekend?
Yes. Saturday viewings are routine and Sunday viewings can be arranged with notice.
Do you charge buyers or tenants a fee?
Buyers pay no fee. Tenants pay a standard letting fee equivalent to one month’s rent, agreed in advance and set out in writing.
Do you work with clients living abroad?
Very much so. We hold video viewings, share walkthrough recordings and can liaise with your advocate and bank in Kenya.
