Who sees what I upload?
Only the Langata Link Real Estate team. Documents go to a private, access-logged store and are never published.
Which documents will you ask for?
It depends on the property and on who is offering it. Usually it is the owner’s ID and the title deed or certificate of lease. If you are acting for the owner we also ask for a letter of authority, and companies and estates have their own papers. The form shows exactly what applies to you.
What is the walkthrough video for?
Walk through the property talking about it as you would to a friend. We transcribe it and use it to draft the listing for you to approve.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes. Have a few good photos ready; your ID and title documents can follow later if that is easier — we will email you a secure link to send them.
