Tips for this step
Guide
Before you start
- It takes about ten minutes. Your answers are kept in this browser tab as you go.
- Have to hand: a few good photos of your property. Our team will be in touch with you about the required documents.
- We email you a 6-digit code to confirm it’s you — no account or password needed.
Kenyan or international number
We’ll send your code here, and keep you updated.
Your details are only used to handle your property. We never share them.

Priced honestly. Presented beautifully. Sold properly.
We begin with a frank conversation about price. Our advice comes from live sales evidence in your area, not from what will win the instruction.
Your home is photographed professionally, filmed for a narrated walkthrough, and placed in front of our buyer network, in the Property Guide and across our channels. You receive a clear owner report — viewings, feedback, enquiries — every month until we complete.
They told us the truth about price and then got it.
Selling, answered
What does it cost to sell with you?
Our commission is agreed in writing before we start and is payable only on completion. There are no upfront marketing fees.
How long does a sale take in Kenya?
Well-priced homes attract offers within weeks; completion typically takes two to four months once the buyer’s advocate, bank and the Lands registry are involved.
Do I need to sort out my title first?
Bring what you have. We will check the title with your advocate early so nothing slows the sale later.
Can you sell land as well as houses?
Yes — plots, acreage and farms are a large part of what we do, particularly in Kajiado, Nanyuki, Naivasha and the coast.
