Kirsty Sutherland

I moved to the Nanyuki region 13 years ago, and my own search for land here was at times frustrating — too often I was shown properties that bore little resemblance to what I wanted. That experience shapes how I work: I take the time to understand each brief and present only the properties that genuinely meet it, or come very close.

I offer more than property sourcing: practical insight into the character of different areas, seasonal weather and lifestyle, and contacts for trusted surveyors, contractors, suppliers and fundis.
