Lake Naivasha and the Gilgil plains lie in the Rift Valley about ninety minutes from Nairobi. The lake shore has wildlife sanctuaries, flower farms and weekend homes; around Gilgil there are conservancies and open ranch land. Most of the lakefront and lake-view homes we have for sale are priced between about KES 80 million and KES 120 million, and land runs from conservancy plots at around KES 50 million to large lakefront parcels well above that.
